Project Overview
A store activation takes place inside an already operating retail environment. Customers may be visiting for different reasons, so the activation needs to remain visible and approachable without disrupting normal store activity.
The du-related work combined a visible campaign presence with promoter support. The promoter role created a human point of contact for the activation while specialist product or service enquiries remained within the appropriate store function.
The case shows the importance of connecting physical campaign presentation with live customer interaction.
